Fall 2010 Cross Country registration is under way!

There will be a meeting on Tuesday, August 31st at 3:30 PM

at the MRH High School Track Bleachers

In case of rain, the meeting will be held in the High School cafeteria

3:30 PM to 4:30 PM Monday, Wednesday & Friday

beginning September 8th, 2010.

All runners should meet on the MRH HS track near the start/finish line.

Practice is held rain or shine, so come prepared with the appripriate clothing, shoes

and a water bottle.
